The following rules and regulations are designed to increase the enjoyment and safety of occupants of the Sentinel of Landmark Condominium.

These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Association. The term "occupant" as used in these rules and regulations shall mean unit owners, lessees of unit owners, and families, guests and employees of the unit owners and lessees. These rules and regulations apply to all occupants.
