Handyman Listing - UPDATED 07/07
It's dripping! It's leaking! It's not coming on! I don't know how to install it! My rugs and floors have had it! My windows are a mess! I DON'T WANT TO CLEAN!
Others before you have needed services of one kind or another. Over the years the management has compiled a listing of handyman services from recommendations of residents.

Information
 Gazebo Area: You can help keep the BBQ and gazebo area clean ... police the area when you are finished cooking. And, please remember that cigarettes should be extinguished in the sand pots provided and not in the planter boxes.
Trash: Please be sure to put your garbage in the trash chute - not on the trash room floor. Your neighbors and the janitorial staff will appreciate your attention to this detail.
 Discarded Appliances: Please be sure that your delivery folks take your old stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and laundry equipment, furniture and flooring away with them when they leave the property.
Tennis Courts: The tennis courts are to be used for tennis only. Please find another spot for soccer and other games.
 Bike Rooms: Have you been to visit your bike lately?
Parking Permits. Please remember to place your Sentinel hanging placard or parking sticker on your car when it is parked on Sentinel property, whether in the front lot or your assigned space. The night guard has been asked to pay special attention to the parking areas and displaying your permit will help him with his duty.
 Police: If you see anything unusual happening on the property (example: vandalism / trespassing) please contact the Alexandria Police as well as the office and/or security guard.
